By signing your child up to Tails & Beau activities weeks, you agree the following:

● I confirm that the details I have given are accurate and correct.
● I agree to pay the amount in full.
● Tails & Beau will administer first aid by a qualified first aider and will arrange transport to a doctor/hospital if further medical care is required.
● I agree to the terms and conditions of the activities week.
  ◻Activities are subject to changes from those advertised
  ◻Should a funeral need to take place, notice will be given as soon as possible and should a new venue be available, we will move there for the day. If not, the day will be cancelled.
  ◻Children who do not adhere to the rules at Tails & Beau (outlined on day one) may be asked to leave the camp.
  ◻Bullying or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances and children engaging in such behaviour may be asked to sit out for a short period or may be asked not to turn up the following day following a conversation with the parent.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel the booking you must notify us immediately. We will be able to refund 50% of payment should the cancellation be made 14 days before the first day of the week your child is booked onto. If cancellation is due to illness an appropriate refund may be given subject to the illness being medically certified.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
All your child’s personal property is your own responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to Tails & Beau’s negligence. If anything is missing when your son or daughter leaves the premises please let a member of staff know about it right away. Expensive and precious items such as jewellery, mobile phones, IPads etc., should not be brought to Tails & Beau as they are often unnecessary and inappropriate.

YOUR CHILD’S INFORMATION
Full and accurate information about your child is required when booking. Name, DOB, medical, physical or behavioural matters, or any other needs must be provided. Failure to cooperate with this may result in your child being excluded from certain activities. In some circumstances, the booking may be cancelled without refund.

CHILD PROTECTION
Tails & Beau Staff have a duty of care to the children who attend our activities weeks. Should they, for any reason, suspect a child may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure to them, staff will contact the Local Children and Families Team and act on their advice.

LIABILITY
Tails &Beau does not accept liability for personal injury or the death of any person unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants. In this event our liability insurance provides cover of up to £5 million.
