Ruth Bridges

After qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Physical Education, Ruth started her first job as a PE teacher in 2006. Throughout her 10 years in schools, Ruth's passion and professionalism catalysed her career up the education ladder. Her most recent role was Head of PE at Francis Holland, Sloane Square. She was responsible for the PE curriculum across the school years, which included the Early Years Foundation Stage for four and five year olds. Her skills and expertise transformed the Physical Education for all girls aged 4-18 years old. After having a baby girl in 2016, she made the tough decision not to return to work as a teacher. Her love and passion working with children did not stop there and instead provided a platform to found Tails & Beau.
